Pat Mulligan

Head Instructor and Owner

Having wrestled most of his life and been an active apprentice of Muay Thai, Pat Mulligan began his journey in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in 2007 under Alan Teo of Renzo Gracie Academy – New Jersey, USA. He immediately fell in love with the art, dedicating the next 15 years to meticulous training and learning the art of Jiu-Jitsu and improving his MMA skills.


Pat currently holds the rank of 1st Degree Black Belt along with several championship titles throughout his fighting career, including BJJ Gi and no Gi and amateur MMA.


What Pat loves most about Jiu-Jitsu & Muay Thai is physical education and critical thinking. He instills the value of discipline, routine and dedication in all his student base and staff and he believes that with consistent training, a person will develop a healthier, stronger body that will be functional in your everyday life. In addition to good physical health, the practice of martial arts and daily physical activity, increases energy, helps with self esteem and cultivates your mind.


He is still an active competitor in IBJJF tournaments around the country.
